Meet the experienced and friendly doctors and staff who make Brooklyn Eye Center the leading provider of vision care products and services in Brooklyn.


Jodi Kordyzon, O.D.

Dr. Jodi L. Kordyzon is a 2000 graduate of The Ohio State University College of Optometry. She is a member of the American and Michigan Optometric Association. She joined Eye Center of Lenawee in the fall of 2000. Dr. Kordyzon enjoys helping patients of all ages with their visual and medical eye care needs. She is dedicated to providing the latest technology in contact lenses, glasses, and diagnostic testing. She enjoys camping, skiing, and spending time with her family.


Chelsea Frey, O.D.

Dr. Chelsea Frey graduated as the Valedictorian of her class from the Michigan College of Optometry before joining the Eye Center of Lenawee in 2013. She completed her clinical training at the Saginaw Veterans Affairs Medical Hospital and the Andersen Eye & Surgery Center. She has also served on three mission trips to Haiti through the Fellowship of Christian Optometrists. Dr. Frey enjoys providing primary care, contact lens, and medical services to patients of all ages, but has a special interest in the area of Low Vision. When not seeing patients, she likes spending time with her husband, Brian, and their daughter, Meg. She enjoys an active lifestyle and is an avid sports fan, especially of the Detroit Lions.


Sara Johnson, O.D.

Dr. Johnson graduated from the Michigan College of Optometry with highest distinction. After graduation, she completed an ocular disease residency at Specialty Eye Institute in Jackson, MI. She is a member of the Michigan Optometric Association. As an optometrist, Dr. Johnson enjoys working with patients who may have glaucoma, macular degeneration, or diabetes. She also enjoys co-managing post-operative care with cataract surgeons. Dr. Johnson is married to an optometrist, AJ Johnson. They met during their schooling at the Michigan College of Optometry. They like to spend their free time golfing, traveling, and visiting family up north. She is looking forward to meeting new patients and establishing a long career at Brooklyn Eye Center.


Morgan Porzsolt-Graves

Morgan has worked as the office coordinator at the Brooklyn Eye Center since 2007. She graduated from Eastern Michigan University in 2006 with a degree in social work. She is responsible for welcoming patients into the office, making appointments, and helping you select the perfect eyewear. Morgan is also responsible for processing your insurance billing and making sure that you understand your benefits to the fullest. She will gladly assist you with all of your eye care needs from start to finish. Besides making sure the office is always running smoothly, she enjoys spending time with her husband, running and traveling all over the world.
